PEOPLESOFT SOFTWARE DEVELOPER #1
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and support PeopleSoft applications in the areas of Finance and Supply Chain Management using PeopleTools versions 8.47 and higher. Complete software development tasks using PeopleSoft People Tools Application Designer to PeopleSoft applications Finance and Supply Chain, versions 8.8 and higher, running on SQL Server, Oracle, and IBM DB/2 databases and using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Component Interface, BI Publisher Reports, and Approval Workforce Engines. Analyze the needs of customers and software requirements for Oracle/PeopleSoft software systems to determine the feasibility of design. Modify Oracle/PeopleSoft software programs to improve performance. Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results. Responsible for overall functionality and reliability of the PeopleSoft applications. Design requirements for Oracle/PeopleSoft software applications and create design specifications. Analyze and design software database structure.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science; information technology; or mechanical, electronics, or electrical engineering and five years’ post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered are required. Proficiency in PeopleTools versions 8.47 and higher as shown by 5 years of experience in these areas is required. Proficiency in PeopleSoft People Tools Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Component Interface, BI Publisher Reports, and Approval Workforce Engines as shown by 5 years of experience in these areas is required. Proficiency in PeopleSoft applications Finance and Supply Chain, versions 8.8 and higher, as shown by 5 years of experience in these areas is required. Proficiency in using SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB/2, as shown by 5 years of experience in these areas is required.
Will travel 1-2 trips of 2-3 days in the U.S. per year.
Telecommuting is permissible and there is no limitation as to where the employee may live.
