It needed a partner who could maintain the application daily, deliver upgrades and ongoing patching, and provide the functional, technical, and business process support its business users and end users required.
The Solution
Passport selected WorkStream as its PeopleSoft AMS provider following the success of its PeopleSoft implementation. Over the course of their ten-year partnership, WorkStream completed four major upgrades of the PeopleSoft Finance application, delivered quarterly legislative and regulatory patching, supported the annual 1099 process, and ensured AP processing was completed successfully each month, with vendor payments made on time and accurately. WorkStream also conducted Passport’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
