This government client was embarking on a major PeopleSoft upgrade and wanted to objectively evaluate all end-to-end business processes to inform their PeopleSoft upgrade and ensure maximum utilization of the upcoming technology investment.
While the client had engaged Accenture for the implementation, it was not cost effective to have them complete the end-to-end business process evaluation. The client engaged WorkStream Technology to meet with 40+ of the entity’s agencies and lead a full process evaluation, including demo reviews and fit/gap analysis to further define Accenture’s project scope for the upgrades.
WorkStream worked in line with Accenture and the client to deliver comprehensive documentation and an outline of recommended design improvements that have since been implemented by Accenture under a $50M project scope.
