This healthcare company that provides managed health care services to more than 4.6 million members nationwide was looking to migrate from an on-premise PeopleSoft application model to a fully hosted SaaS-like application model to drive improved cost savings and managed services.
Solution
The client engaged WorkStream Technology to migrate their PeopleSoft Finance system from on-premise to Amazon Web Services. WorkStream managed all aspects of the migration, including business process changes and technical and infrastructure design.
Result
As a result of this successful migration, the internal team was able to eliminate 4 infrasturure support roles and outsource all PSFT administration to WorkStream.
