A large public sector sector organization was facing severe internal staff limitations needed to support PeopleSoft. After significant recruiting and working with a variety of vendors, the client still had unfilled positions and were unsuccessful in finding resources with the necessary PeopleSoft skills to supplement their internal team.
Upon meeting WorkSteam Technology the client signed an exclusive agreement with them to provide managed services support for their entire HCM and Financial Management application. In addition to providing day to day application support and management, WorkStream Technology is responsible for implementing multiple ad-hoc initiations like PUM updates, modernization enhancements and PTF implementations.
The client has been able to more quickly scale and mobilize their own team to address specific internal projects and business needs with WorkStream’s involvement in and ownership of PeopleSoft Managed Services. The WorkStream Technology team has enhanced and acts as an extension of the internal team. Since starting, the contract has extended for three years and encompasses 7 distinct project areas reporting to the Deputy Director of IT.
