A large government entity was facing significant drops in internal productivity during their
PeopleSoft release cycles because of a manual testing process that was being employed.
This process required 50 internal team members to conduct testing for end-to-end processes
over a three-month period each time PeopleSoft issued a new release.
WorkStream Technology organized a team of 5 to manage and build test scripts for more
than 500 end-to-end processes. The team of 5 had accountability to specific business
processes and managed the creation of these scripts to a tight timeline, ensuring this project
stayed on schedule and budget.
Following the completion of this project, the client was able to replace their manual 3 month
testing process with an automatic solution that can now be completed in under 12 hours
and managed with minimal internal disruption. Today this client benefits from greatly reduced
PUM implementations (from 4 months previously, down to 2 months).
